Jaggery Tea or ‘Gud Ki Chaai’ 2 tsp Tea Leaves ¾ cup water 2 tsp Jaggery Powder ½ cup Milk ½ tsp pinch of Ginger Powder or Fennel seeds 2 crushed Cardamoms Method:Take a saucepan and boil water along with ginger powder, cardamoms and tea leaves. After 4 minutes, add ½ cup milk and simmer for a few minutes. Next, add jaggery powder, strain the tea into a cup, and serve hot.

JAGGERY LADOO USING KALSUBAI PUREST CANE JUICE JAGGERY POWDER This delectable snack is so nutritious that all can relish it but this ladoo is a must-eat for all new breastfeeding mommies especially. Ingredients: 1 cup Wheat flour 1 cup roasted peanuts 1 cup jaggery powder 5-6 seedless dates 1 teaspoon cardamom powder 10-12 thinly chopped cashews and pistachios ¾ cup pure cow ghee Method: In a pan add ghee and lightly fry the wheat flour until it turns a light brown. In a grinder add roasted peanuts, seedless dates, and jaggery to form a thick paste. Add this paste to the flour, and some cardamom powder, and mix it nicely. If the mixture feels dry you can add some more ghee to it. Make tiny balls with this mixture and sprinkle chopped cashews and almonds.

Once done, serve the pancake with honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
