Jaggery Ladoo using Kalsubai Purest Cane Juice Jaggery Powder

JAGGERY LADOO USING KALSUBAI PUREST CANE JUICE JAGGERY POWDER

This delectable snack is so nutritious that all can relish it but this ladoo is a must-eat for all new breastfeeding mommies especially.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cupĀ jaggery powder
  • 5-6 seedless dates
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 10-12 thinly choppedĀ cashews and pistachios
  • Ā¾ cupĀ pure cow ghee

Method:

In a pan add ghee and lightly fry the wheat flour until it turns a light brown. In a grinder add roasted peanuts, seedless dates, and jaggery to form a thick paste. Add this paste to the flour, and some cardamom powder, and mix it nicely. If the mixture feels dry you can add some more ghee to it. Make tiny balls with this mixture and sprinkle chopped cashews and almonds.
