Jaggery Tea or ‘Gud Ki Chaai’
- 2 tsp Tea Leaves
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tsp Jaggery Powder
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp pinch of Ginger Powder or Fennel seeds
- 2 crushed Cardamoms
Method:
Take a saucepan and boil water along with ginger powder, cardamoms and tea leaves. After 4 minutes, add ½ cup milk and simmer for a few minutes. Next, add jaggery powder, strain the tea into a cup, and serve hot.
